Petalby isn't a factory floor, and it was never meant to be. It's an atelier — a working space where botanists, artisans, and people who care deeply about doing things properly come together to make something slowly and well.

Who We're Looking For

We're not hiring for volume. We're hiring for craft.

• Artisans — hands that understand the difference between mixing and whipping, who know that a cream is not finished when it looks right but when it feels right.
• Botanists & Growers — people who understand a garden's patience, who can read a season and know when lavender is at its best rather than when the calendar says it should be cut.
• Customer Care Specialists — people who treat every enquiry the way we treat every jar: with care, honesty, and enough time to get it right, not just fast.
• Operations & Fulfilment — the quieter, equally essential work of making sure something made slowly still arrives at someone's door with the same care it was made with.

What It's Like to Work Here

We move at a considered pace. Meetings don't run long for the sake of it. Deadlines respect the fact that some things — a cream that needs to cure, a fragrance that needs to settle — simply cannot be hurried by a project plan. We believe a calm workplace produces better work than a frantic one, and we've built our processes around that belief rather than around it being a nice thing to say.

We're a small, close team. That means real responsibility from early on, direct access to decisions that matter, and a working culture built on mutual respect rather than hierarchy for its own sake.

We don't keep a long list of open roles for the sake of appearing busy. When we have a genuine need — for a pair of hands, a particular expertise, a new voice in the atelier — we'll list it here, along with exactly what the role involves and who tends to thrive in it.
