A hand-poured soy wax candle in a reusable glass, 170 millilitres, with a cotton wick that burns cleanly and does not need trimming twice an evening. English lavender, which fills a small room and leaves a larger one alone.
Made on a farm in East Sussex. The glass is worth keeping — it takes cotton buds, hair grips or a very short posy once the wax has gone. We tend to pair it with a bath soak and leave it at that.
