Ten warm LEDs on a 95-centimetre string, wound onto a cork that sits in the neck of an empty bottle. Drop the string in, twist the cork, and the glass does the rest — the light gathers and spreads through it in a way a bare bulb does not.
USB rechargeable: an hour of charge for around four hours of light. Fourteen grams in total. The battery is sealed inside the cork and not replaceable, so it is one object rather than a set of parts.
