Hydrochromic Colour-Change Umbrella — Suck UK
£29.99
White raindrops printed on grey, until it actually rains — then the hydrochromic ink finds the water and the pattern comes up in colour. Dry again, it goes back to grey, and the trick works for as long as the umbrella does.
Aluminium shaft, fibreglass ribs, pongee canopy, 250 millimetres folded and 296 grams. A piece of chemistry rather than electronics, and the only thing on this shelf that works better the worse the weather gets.
