A turned beech holder that takes a ball of twine and gives back exactly as much as you asked for, then cuts it. No hunting for the end, no scissors left in the bed, no ball rolling off down the path.
Beech from managed UK forests, and it arrives with a medium ball of Nutscene jute twine already in it — 3-ply, 3mm, 130 metres. Nutscene have been spinning jute in Angus since 1922, on machinery of much the same vintage.
